1. Returns Eligibility

• You may return most unused, unwashed items in original packaging with tags attached within 14 days of delivery
• Customized jerseys (with player names, numbers, or special designs) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned

2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1) Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery at:

  2) Provide your order number and reason for return
  3) Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4) Ship items back to our return address (provided upon authorization)

3. Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags must be attached
• No stains, odors, or damage
• Shoes must be returned in original box

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns

5. Exchanges

• We currently offer refunds only
• To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order

6. Damaged/Defective Items

• Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective item (within 48 hours of delivery)
• We may require photo/video evidence
• We will cover return shipping costs for defective items

7. International Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service
• TheSportJerseys.com is not responsible for items lost during return shipping

8. Non-Returnable Items

• Underwear, socks, and accessories
• Final sale items
• Used or damaged items
